In response to ED food security claims raise dust, MUNYARADZI PETER MACHEMEDZE says: If President Emmerson Mnangagwa can lie to the world about food security in Zimbabwe, what about when he was telling his supporters not to beat or kill opposition supporters? Obviously he will be indicating left and turning right.

ENOS CHIKATI says: He lied to the world. More than two million Zimbabweans are surviving on food handouts from the World Food Programme.

NOBERT NOREST BETTO says: What is killing Zimbabwe is lies. These people who call themselves out leaders lie a lot. They do not want to accept that they have failed. The education and health sectors in Zimbabwe are dead, democracy is dead, roads are potholed, there is high inflation, no electricity, hunger, you name it. They will never solve all the problems we are facing and the best way is to vote them out.

In response to ‘Zec’s final report can be opposed’, SOCIOLOGIST ARNOLD T MBONJANI says: Zanu PF and the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission are taking us for a ride. We know rigging starts there with those stupid delimitations which are systematically biased to favour Zanu PF.

In response to I’m still mentally sound: Tshinga Dube, TAFARA

DAHWA says: What new challenge at 81 years when we have plenty of engineering graduates who are unemployed? It’s funny that some unemployed youths go on to vote for such people. Jobs are being given to old people who should have long retired by now. When will youths get such opportunities? We need fresh minds in those boards to inject new ideas.

GODWILL WAMEDZA says: Appointing old people to such positions is the biggest sanction in Zimbabwe. We have many young, intelligent people qualified to do the job, but they are not given the opportunity to showcase what they can do. We are not going anywhere.

MASIMBA SIMBANEGAVI says: I would have imagined him being in this railway (transport) industry during his real days. What can he do today at 81? What new challenge there?

FREDDY NYANDUWA says: Zanu PF does not understand the difference between party and government. Of course, Zanu PF is a home for the aged, who get paid for doing nothing. Why not infuse new blood to head the National Railways of Zimbabwe, not this joke?
