YANKS, O’S POSTPONED
Baltimore >> The Yankees will have to wait at least another day to end their lengthy run of frustration at Camden Yards.
Wednesday night’s game between the Yankees and Baltimore Orioles was postponed by rain until Thursday afternoon, when the teams will again attempt to conclude their three-game series.
The teams split the first two games of the series. After New York won the opener 7-4, the Orioles rallied from a five-run deficit for a 7-6 victory on Tuesday in a game delayed by rain for 2 hours, 14 minutes.
New York has lost 11 straight series in Baltimore since 2013. The Yankees are 10-25 at Camden Yards since the start of the 2014 season and have lost all seven games that would have clinched a series win — including Tuesday night’s stunner.
