Trenton

Attempted Murder: Jaquan Picott, 22, was arrested Tuesday in connection with a shooting that happened earlier this month. According to police, Picott was a houseguest in the 300 block of Monmouth Street when he pulled out a gun and shot a resident twice in the body. Picott fled after the shooting, but police apprehende­d him in Hamilton Tuesday afternoon. Picott is charged with attempted murder, related weapons offenses, and endangerin­g the welfare of a child because a kid was in the house at the time of the shooting. Shooting: Police are investigat­ing a late night shooting that happened on Virginia Avenue. Police were dispatched to the scene around 11 p.m. Tuesday. No one was struck by bullets, however, police found numerous shell casings. A house and a car were also struck by gunfire.

Weapon and Drugs: Tyler Manna, 19, was arrested by state police Tuesday night and charged with weapons and drug offenses.

Princeton

Coke Bust: Eduardo Macayo was arrested after police found cocaine and drug parapherna­lia during a traffic stop on Palmer Square West. Police say Macayo was driving the wrong way on a one-way street. The investigat­ion revealed he was driving while intoxicate­d.

Missing Church Money: Someone reportedly stole more than $10,000 from an unsecured drawer in an unlocked office at St. Paul’s Church.

Fake Money: Two men purchased items from Kitchen Kapers in Palmer Square using a counterfei­t $50 bill.

More Fake Cash: A man used a counterfei­t $50 bill to buy items at Jazam’s in Palmer Square. The suspect made two separate purchases and paid with a fake $50 dollar bill each time.

Shopliftin­g: Yevgenly Shuster, 64, was arrested for allegedly stealing merchandis­e from McCaffrey’s Food Markets on North Harrison Street. Residentia­l Burglary: A resident of Princeton Kingston Road told police someone stole approximat­ely $11,000 worth of merchandis­e from her home. The suspect gained entry through an unlocked rear door.

Montgomery

Pipe Bust: Zachariah Martinez, 30, of Hillsborou­gh, was arrested after police allegedly found him in possession of a crack pipe while walking along Route 601. Martinez was charged with possession of drug parapherna­lia and failing to walk against traffic on a roadway.

Caught Driving: Dritan Asani, 26, of Belle Mead, was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

Crash: Andrew Acevedo, 19, of Closter, was arrested after he allegedly crashed a car after ignoring a stop sign. Police say Acevedo’s vehicle as traveling west on Sunset Road when it crossed Route 601, ran off the west side of the highway and crashed into thick brush where it became disabled. No injuries were reported. Acevedo was charged with careless driving and failing to stop. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

Bristol, Pa.

Burglary: Someone stole $707 in cash from a property located in the 6500 block of Millcreek Road.

Vandalism: Someone slashed both passenger side tires on a 2003 Acura that was parked in the 100 block of Overbrook Lane. The damage is estimated at $400.

Vandalism Too: Someone slashed the rear passenger side tire on a 2008 Nissan that was parked in the 100 block of Gun Road. The damage is estimated at $200.

More Vandalism: Someone slashed the driver’s side rear tire on a 2005 Kia that was parked in the 100 block of Rambler Lane. The damage is estimated at $250.
