Former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Vicki Gunvalson has sold her longtime Coto de Caza home for $3 million.

The sale comes as the “O.G. in the O.C.,” who has a home in Puerto Vallarta and a daughter in the Midwest, looks to downsize.

“It’s time for a ‘lock and go’ home with no maintenance,” Gunvalson said in an Instagram post to her 1.1 million followers just two days before the sale closed on the 5,456-square-foot house she has owned for 20 years.

Completed in 1995 and renovated throughout, the house features five bedrooms and bathrooms and an entertainer’s kitchen. It sits on one acre with a tropical resortstyle backyard. The grounds include a swimming pool with waterfalls, spa, grotto bar and full outdoor kitchen.

Inside the house is a large kitchen that Gunvalson “spent a lot of money redoing” and “loves, loves,” colisting agent Flo Bullock of Bullock Real Estate Services previously told the Southern California News Group.

Bullock shared the listing with her colleague John Russell. Cathy Wiggin and Erik Westrum, also of Bullock

Russell Real Estate Services, represented the buyer.

The kitchen features a breakfast bar/island combination, double oven and built-in refrigerator. It opens to the breakfast nook and the separate family room with a fireplace and a wet bar.

A wrought-iron staircase in the towering entry leads to the second-floor bedrooms, including the master suite with a two-way fireplace and an oversized balcony that overlooks the backyard and surrounding hills.

Gunvalson initially sought $3.35 million for her house when it was listed in August 2020. In December, the asking price dropped by $100,000, or about 3%.

Fans of “RHOC” will recognize the house as a backdrop for “whooping it up” and parties that include “Housewife” Tamara Judge hurling a glass of wine at cast mate Jeana Keough.

An original cast member, Gunvalson, announced her departure in January 2020 after she was relegated to a “friend” role in season 14. Page Six reported she was slated to appear in a “Real Housewives” spin-off series on NBC’s streaming service, Peacock, but the network later dropped her. The series is set to begin shooting in Turks and Caicos in April.
