Local HVAC company joins national brand
Locally-owned and operated Grisham AireCare, which has been serving the surrounding area for more than 50 years, has joined forces with One Hour Air Heating and Air Conditioning (One Hour), a national heating and air conditioning brand with independently owned and operated locations throughout North America. The company is now operating as Grisham One Hour Air Heating and Air Conditioning.
Owner Jason Vincent is a Hot Springs native and has served as the owner since 2015. He previously served in the U.S. Air Force as an air traffic controller at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. The family-owned business was previously owned by Vincent’s father-in-law, Dale Kemp. His 22 employees and 15 branded One Hour trucks can be seen on the roads of Arkansas.
“We’re excited to welcome Jason and the Hot Springs team as part of our national network,” said Mark Baker, president of Franchise, Direct Energy, in the press release. “Their commitment to exceptional customer service is what sets them apart and we look forward to working with them as they continue to serve the community.”
With this move, the local company will be able to continue training staff with the best resources, provide stronger warranties and guarantees, and lower product costs — just in time for the hot Arkansas summer.
“This is the right next step for our family-owned business,” said Vincent. “By making the transition to One Hour, we now have more resources available to better serve our customers and provide the best service possible.”
One Hour was recently ranked No. 1 in the HVAC services category in Entrepreneur magazine’s Franchise 500 list.
