Criminal Possession: Matthew Hempstead, 26, of Castleton-on-Hudson, was arrested at 12:37 am on April 21 in Halfmoon for seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Criminal Possession: Michael Labelle, 24, of Stockport, was arrested at 12:37 am on April 21 in Halfmoon for 3 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and use of a vehicle without an interlock device.

Criminal Possession: Edward Jones, 47, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, was arrested at 4:12 pm on April 20 in Wilton for seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Assault: Trinidad Putnam, 52, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 11:43 pm on April 21 in Greenfield for third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief preventing an emergency call, and resisting arrest.

Larceny: Deshia Scott, 39, of Latham, was arrested at 1 pm on April 21 in Clifton Park for petit larceny, first-degree reckless endangerment, fraud and deceit related to controlled substances, and fourth-degree criminal diversion of prescription medications.

Sex Offense: Brett Dittmar, 25, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 5:10 pm on April 22 in Clifton Park for second-degree criminal sex acts with a victim less than 15 and second-degree patronizing prostitution.

Larceny: Keegan Farrell, 20, of Greenfield Center, was arrested at 9:30 pm on April 23 in Wilton for fourth-degree grand larceny of credit cards and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen credit cards.

Sex Offense: Joseph Manasseri, 34, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 4:15 pm on April 23 in Saratoga Springs for second-degree rape of a victim under 15 and second-degree sex acts on a victim under 15.

DWI: Isaiah Lind, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 1:45 am on April 24 in Clifton Park for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.
