Burglary: Jiraldo Ramirez, 19, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on March 3 on Church Street and was charged with burglary third degree: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime and criminal mischief second degree: both felonies.

Grand larceny, Identity Theft: Gina Freeman, 31, of Amsterdam, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on March 3 on a warrant at 5 Lake Avenue and was charged with identity theft third degree: assuming another’s identity to obtain goods, a misdemeanor, and grand larceny fourth degree: credit card: a felony.

Possession of stolen property: Ashley Jubrey, 32, of Cohoes, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on March 3 on a warrant at 5 Lake Avenue and was charged with criminal possession of stolen property fourth degree:possession of a credit card, a felony, and criminal possession of stolen property fifth degree: a misdemeanor.

Criminal Contempt: Kevin Leno, 35, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. on March 3 on Storage Lane and was charged with aggravated family offense: more than one offense within five years, and criminal contempt first degree: with a violent prior conviction of aggravated criminal contempt within five years, both felonies; petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Petit larceny: Kevin Kelly, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 8:20 p.m on March 4 on Caroline Street and was charged with petit larceny, and criminal tampering third degree, a misdemeanor.

DWI, Unlicensed Operation: Danielle Stevens, 37, of Porter Corners, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on March 5 on South Broadway and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation first degree: committing aggravated unlicensed operation second degree while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and prior convictions of designated offenses within 10 Years; both felonies.

Aggravated family offense: Holly Turcotte, 43, of Corinth, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on March 6 on a warrant at 5 Lake Avenue and was charged with aggravated family offense: more than one offense within five years, and criminal contempt: with prior conviction of aggravated criminal contempt within five years: both felonies.

Criminal trespass: Dominick Holmes, 24, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested 5:29 p.m. on March 6 on Adelphi Street on a warrant and was charged with criminal trespass third degree, a misdemeanor.
