Grand larceny, Identity Theft: Gina Freeman, 31, of Amsterdam, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on March 3 on a warrant at 5 Lake Avenue and was charged with identity theft third degree: assuming another’s identity to obtain goods, a misdemeano­r, and grand larceny fourth degree: credit card: a felony.

Possession of stolen property: Ashley Jubrey, 32, of Cohoes, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on March 3 on a warrant at 5 Lake Avenue and was charged with criminal possession of stolen property fourth degree:possession of a credit card, a felony, and criminal possession of stolen property fifth degree: a misdemeano­r.
