Drug Possession: Christopher Wallace,39, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on July 23 on Broadway and Lake Avenue and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in a public place, fifth degree, a misdemeanor.
Welfare Fraud: Ada Clute, 66, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on a warrant on July 24 at 5 Lake Ave. and charged with offering a false instrument first degree with intent to defraud, and welfare fraud third degree, both felonies.
Robbery: Ryan Campbell, 26, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on July 24 on multiple warrants on Circular Street and charged with robbery third degree, and burglary third degree: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime, both felonies; and petit larceny and criminal tampering third degree, both misdemeanors.
DWI: Carlos Vasquez, 41, of Louisville, Kentucky was arrested at 12:54 a.m. on July 25 following a traffic stop on Union Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Petit Larceny: Brittany Sader, 30, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:06 a.m. on July 25 on a warrant at 5 Lake Ave. and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Criminal Trespass: Mario Flores, 57, of Santa Paula, California was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on July 25 on Union Avenue and charged with criminal trespass third degree, a misdemeanor.
Aggravated Family Offense: Henry Jenkins, 31, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6:34 a.m. on July 25 on Benton Drive and charged with aggravated family offense: more than once within five years, and criminal mischief third degree, both felonies; criminal mischief fourth degree: disabling emergency call equipment, endangering the welfare of a child, and assault third degree with intent to cause injury, both misdemeanors.
