Berkshire Hathaway welcomes new sales associates
Laura Selverian, sales leader of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors Collegeville office, welcomes Judy Hewitt and Theresa Skokowski as sales associates.
“I joined BHHS Fox & Roach because of the company culture and brand recognition,” Hewitt said.
Formerly with Century 21 Cornerstone, Hewitt has been licensed since 2002. An active member in her community, she is a member of the Montgomery County and Suburban West Realtors Associations. Hewitt resides in Harleysville and serves Montgomery County.
A graduate of the University of Portland, Skokowski has a master’s degree in education. A member of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors, she resides in North Coventry with her husband, Michael, and their six children. Skokowski serves Montgomery and Chester counties.
Weichert honors sales leaders for May
Shelia Banner, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Blue Bell office, has recognized the top producer in her office during May for his individual sales achievements.
Brian Tuner had the most listings and sales among all associates in the Blue Bell office during the month.
Meanwhile, John Bilek, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced the Jenkintown office and its top sales associates have been recognized for outstanding achievement in May.
The Jenkintown office, which is managed by George Koser, led its Weichert sales region for new home dollar volume, resale listings and resale revenue units for the month. Individually, sales associate Ashlee Bornstein Check led the region for new home dollar volume. The sales region is composed of locations throughout the Main Line, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania and New Castle County in Delaware.
In related news, Koser recognized his top-producing sales associate for May at the office level. Elaine Glauberman led all associates in the Jenkintown office for listings, sales and volume during the month.
Additionally, Deborah “Debbie” Smith, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Whitemarsh office, has recognized sales associates Patricia “Patti” Hoban and Juanita Leysath for their accomplishments in May.
Both top producers, Hoban led all associates in the Whitemarsh office for sales, revenue units and dollar volume during the month. Leysath had the most listings in May.
Local group receives national quarterly performance awards
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors’ The Sivel Group, consisting of sales associates in the Chestnut Hill office, was named in the Quarterly Spotlight, ranking 35th place in the U.S. for total GCI and 56th place for residential units.
Local group see increase in sales
Art Herling and his group of agents at Long & Foster Real Estate’s Blue Bell, Devon and Wayne offices achieved nearly $32 million in sales in May.
The real estate group had a 33 percent increase in sales over last May. The team has sold more than two houses every day this year.
“Our team has over 200 listings in the area. and this heavy market presence generates an enormous amount of leads for our group,” Herling said. “The energetic formula of our group’s hightech, high-touch and forward-thinking marketing gets homes sold and keeps production and sales at an all-time high. As the marketplace has its challenges, more buyers and sellers are recognizing us as the ‘go-to’ agents to get their homes sold or find a new one.”
