WINTER GREEN-UP: The Capital Area Agricultur­e & Horticultu­re Program and Cornell Cooperativ­e Extension Albany County are pleased to announce the Thirteenth Annual Winter Green-Up, the Northeast’s original grazing conference. Fred Provenza is Professor Emeritus of Behavioral Ecology in the Dept. of Wildland Resources at Utah State University, where he directed an award-winning research group pioneering an understand­ing of learning’s influence on foraging behavior and how behavior links soil, plants, herbivores, and humans.
