Grand larceny: Richard Varno, 51, of Schenectady, was arrested in Brunswick at 4:50pm on Aug. 14 for third-degree grand larceny.
DWI: Marcella Decker, 26, of Cropseyville, was arrested in Grafton at 10:06pm on Aug. 15for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol .08of 1%.
Sexual abuse: Charles Romano, 64, of Nassau, was arrested in Schodack at 10:05am on Aug. 16for first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sexual conduct with a child, and 1count of premeditated sexual assault against a child.
DWI: Robert Broadus, 49, of Albany, was arrested in Brunswick at 3:44am on Aug. 17for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol .08of 1%, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Vehicle theft: Jovar Wright, 36, of Troy, was arrested in East Greenbush at 5:55pm on Aug. 17 for use of a vehicle beyond temporary custody without consent.
Assault: Vincent Riganti, 32, of Renssealer, was arrested in Sand Lake at 9:30am on Aug. 17for assault with intent to cause physical injury and 1count of criminal obstruction.
Criminal mischief: Michael Mulligan, 33, of Buskirk, was arrested in Pittstown at 10:45am on Aug. 17for fourth-degree criminal mischief preventing an emergency call, acting in a manner to injure a child under the age of 17, and 1 count of harassment.
Petit larceny: Alyssa Henderson, 27, of Troy, was arrested in Brunswick at 6:10pm on Aug. 17for petit larceny.
Criminal contempt: Chad Curtis, 45, of West Sand Lake, was arrested in Stephentown at 4pm on Aug. 18for second-degree criminal contempt.
Petit larceny: Danika Delucia, 29, of Valatie, was arrested in Schodack at 5pm on Aug. 20for petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

False information: Elizabeth Shuhart, 36, of Sand Lake, was arrested in Sand Lake at 8:30pm on Aug. 20 for providing a false written statement to police.
Identity theft: Peter Lushkevich, 39, of Troy, was arrested in Brunswick at 3:49 pm on Aug. 20for seconddegree identity theft, petit larceny, and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen credit cards.
