Child endangerment: Scarlett J. Odell, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 1:33a.m. May 11and charged with the endangering the welfare of a child. Strangulation: Anthony Sales, 38, of Troy, was arrested at 2:25a.m. May 11and charged with second-degree strangulation, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Larceny: Keith P. Moxon, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. May 11and charged with petit larceny, second-degree criminal contempt and also on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Daniel Demeo, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 5:55 a.m. May 11on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession: Ahlaumion Q. Hall, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 6:03a.m. May 11and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Gang assault: Jorge L. Soto, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 4:05p.m. May 11and charged with first- and second-degree gang assault and first - and second-degree assault.

Gang assault: Shiron I. Fairley Jr., 20, of Albany, was arrested at 4:56p.m. May 11and charged with second-degree gang assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree criminal mischief.

Gang assault: Dreasean K. Lacy, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 4:56p.m. May 11and charged with second-degree gang assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

Warrant: Brandon M. Keefe, 32, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 6:08p.m. May 11on an outstanding warrant.

Gang assault: Rashad K. Avery, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 6:27p.m. May 11and charged with second-degree gang assault.

Child endangerment: Shalimar Ortiz, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 1:40p.m. May 12and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and seconddegree harassment.

Stolen property: Devin A. Caldwell, 18, of Troy, was arrested at 5:26p.m. May 12and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Unlicensed driving: Virginia T. Gordon, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 8:54p.m. May 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Danilo E. Medina, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 4 a.m. May 13on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Kevin J. Berthiaume, 57, of Cohoes, was arrested at 1:45p.m. May 13on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Baydon S. Wynn, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. May 13on an outstanding warrant.

Child endangerment: Matthew W. Pelcher, 43, of Troy, was arrested at 10:59p.m. May 13and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

DWI: George J. Jubic, 69, of Johnsonville was arrested May 12in Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08percent, misdemeanors.

Felony DWI: Michael R. Pyle, 50, of Syracuse was arrested May 11in Rensselaer and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, felonies because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10years, firstdegree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and circumventing an interlocking device, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Colin D. Carabetta, 30, of Middeltown, Conn., was arrested May 12in Pittstown and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08percent, misdemeanors. Drug possession: MaryJo Charron, 36, of Troy was arrested May 13in Troy and charged with seventh-degree

criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Obstruction: Robert T. Franze, 50, of East Greenbush was arrested May 13 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and acting in a manner to injure a child, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Andrew P. Martino, 21, of Rensselaer was arrested May 13in North Greenbush and charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and seconddegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Grand larceny: Isiah N. Harrington Banks, 23, of Troy was arrested May 13 in Troy and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Louis P. Chaplin, 46, of Troy was arrested May 13in Troy and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors.
