“Nothing has been easy for us. I’m really proud of the way the guys hung in there,” UAlbany coach John Mueller said. “I know both teams were a little shorthanded with playing multiple games this week. It was a really well pitched game to be honest.

One earned run in nine innings is a testament to that. Offensively we have to keep working, but I think one of these weekends we’re going to erupt and we hope that it’s this weekend when Stony Brook rolls in.” UAlbany will host a threegame series against Stony Brook this weekend. Due to inclement weather, the series has been moved to Friday/Saturday from Saturday/Sunday.
