Madeleine Convery, Krista Berardelli, Natalia Stezenko

Madeleine Convery was recently named sales and marketing coordinator of the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley.

Convery will be responsible for digital and social media initiatives including updating and maintaining the website, taking pictures, helping to create content for posts, social media contests, and more. She will encourage retailer participation to promote their businesses and add value to the overall center marketing plans. She will work with the marketing director to create effective marketing initiatives and tools that support our retailer partners and ensure they achieve their sales goals. She will also assist with special event planning and execution.

Convery is a marketing professional with over seven years of experience in helping businesses grow their brands through effective and creative marketing strategies. She specialized in event production and social media management and is passionate about using those tactics to drive revenue and enhance brand awareness.

Krista Berardelli has been promoted to marketing director and business development manager for The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley. Berardelli will continue to oversee all marketing and event initiatives as the marketing director but will be taking on an active role in local leasing initiatives for 2023 and beyond. She works with local and national businesses to create business, partnerships and connections with The Promenade’s shoppers through leasing, advertising opportunities and sponsorships.

Berardelli is the vice chair of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Council and has been an active member of the events and marketing committees.

Her professional career first took off at Lehigh Valley International Airport, ascending from marketing intern in 2015 to marketing coordinator in 2017. She has a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a dual degree in management and marketing from Kutztown University. She resides in Freemansburg.

Natalia Stezenko has been promoted to senior general manager and has recently taken over the property management of Marlton Square, located in southern New Jersey, in addition to the current property management of The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley. In her role she provides leadership to the property teams at both locations while ensuring overall operational excellence. Through the creation and execution of repositioning, development, and leasing strategies she will ensure the centers is positioned for future growth.

With over 17 years of experience working on the local and national scale in mixed-use development, placemaking, commercial real estate leasing, new store development, site selection, project design and management, and property management, Stezenko is focused on shaping the evolution of American retail by creating a superior multifaceted shopping experience that serves not only as a place of commerce, but as a place of community. Stezenko is a member of CREW Lehigh Valley and also serves on the board of the Southern Lehigh Chamber.
