The successful and effective addition of AfricanAmerican history to the K12 curriculum (can be a game changer).

Other important issues: Improve and stabilize the Planning & Conservation office and Human Resources. Improve impact of Affirmative Action on hiring, promotion and training for underrepresented minorities of color (especially more intentional local law enforcement candidate recruitment programs).
