The successful and effective addition of AfricanAmerican history to the K12 curriculum (can be a game changer).
Other important issues: Improve and stabilize the Planning & Conservation office and Human Resources. Improve impact of Affirmative Action on hiring, promotion and training for underrepresented minorities of color (especially more intentional local law enforcement candidate recruitment programs). In general, significant underrepresented populations are not “brought” to the table. Family: Married with two grown daughters.
