BIRDSBORO » The Annual Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by Tri-County Chiropract­ic of Douglassvi­lle will be held Saturday, March 31, at Main Bird Park, 226 N. Water St. Registrati­on will begin at 9 a.m. with the hunt starting at 9:30 a.m. There will be more than 2,000 eggs filled with candy. Divisions include age 1 to 3, age 4 to 6 and age 7 to 9. Proceeds benefit Aidan’s Avengers, which raises awareness and funding for research programs on pediatric brain tumors and to provide financial peace of mind for the families affected.

Clean-up and work to remove trash, tires and other debris from streams and creeks. The event will take place on Saturday, April 7, from 9 a.m. to noon. Additional­ly corporate groups are offered the opportunit­y to volunteer on Friday, April 6, from 9 a.m. to noon. With a total of 74 clean-up sites, it is easy to find a site that would work best for you.
