Ward C. Kneeland, 66, of 237 Old Colchester Road was charged May 31 with interfering with police and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Marvin L. Seruto, 64, of 100 Starr St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Henri W. LaBonte III, 30, of 175 Broadway, No. 2, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Joshua B. Cagle, 40, of no certain address, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order, unauthorized possession of narcotics, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Nyrese Bryan, 23, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with police and third-degree larceny.

Kyle Q. White, 31, of 29 McKay St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace, unauthorized possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, disobeying an officer’s signal and misuse of license plates.

Alexander J. Colby, 38, of 15 Town St. was charged Friday with evading responsibility.

Phillip Suarez, 42, of 3 Broadview Ave., Montville, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.

Johnathan L. Dooley, 33, of 148 Cliff St. was charged Friday with interfering with police, assault on a public safety officer and breach of peace.

Elias Jamison, 22, of Torrington was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree failure to appear in court, being a fugitive from justice and interfering with police.

Christopher P. Lunde, 35, of 44 Norwich Ave., No. 11, was charged Saturday with two counts each of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct and single counts of interfering with an emergency call and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Larry H. Brown, 46, of 102 Stonington Road, A302, was charged Thursday with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order.

Lai H. Metzger, 60, of 30 Harris Fuller Road, Preston, was charged May 31 with evading responsibility.

Matthew Sinclair, 53, of 26 Hunters Ave., No. 3, was charged May 31 with violation of probation, disorderly conduct, interfering with police and assault on a public safety officer.

Eileen Sinclair, 54, of 26 Hunters Ave., No. 3, was charged May 31 with disorderly conduct, interfering with police and assault on a public safety officer.

Jervon T. Drayton, 34, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Sunday in Montville with first-degree larceny of a motor vehicle.

Joshua Caruso, 34, of New Haven was charged Sunday in Montville with third-degree assault and assault on a corrections officer.
