Groton Town

Isaac Cuascut, 21, of 369 Long Hill Road, No. 32, was charged Tuesday with operating motor vehicle under suspension, first-degree criminal mischief, use of motor vehicle without permission and violation of protective order.

Ronald R. Fillmore, 51, of Cheshire was charged Saturday with two counts of violation of protective order.

Jozef M. Corpuz, 23, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, Apt. 123A, was charged Saturday with illegal sale of fireworks without permit, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerme­nt.

Christophe­r D. Rutledge, 43, of Broad Brook was charged July 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and second-degree breach of peace.

Caleb T. Perkins, 37, of 605 Gold Star Highway, No. 216, was charged July 9 with possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis, interferin­g with an officer/resisting arrest and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Dwayne L. Miller Jr., 26, of 42 Baltic St., Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, criminal violation of a protective order, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree larceny.

Jose Gonzalez, 42, of Hartford was charged Wednesday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and one count each of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
