Eric Weaver, 55, of 151 Garfield Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Christopher Eikenburg, 21, of 21 Titoket Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, carrying a dangerous weapon, failure to drive right and two counts of evading responsibility.

Emanuel Rivera, 27, of 3 Colver St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and thirddegree criminal mischief.

David Velez, 38, of West Hartford was charged Tuesday with tampering with evidence.

State police - Montville

John Thomas, 36, of 112 Broad St., New London, was charged Wednesday in Montville with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Caccavale, 40, of Yonkers, New York, was charged Tuesday in Montville with first-degree robbery, fifthdegree larceny, criminal attempt/ conspiracy and first-degree conspiracy to commit robbery.

Javiel Rosario, 23, of 137 3rd Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday in Montville with violating a protective order and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Richard Brown, 41, of 170 Route 82, Apt. 9, Montville, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with third-degree assault and driving under suspension.

Waterford

Raymond Osterhoudt, 43, of 111 Horse Pond Road, Salem, was charged Thursday with fifthdegree larceny and driving while license is refused, suspended or revoked.
