Nolan worked at Charles Pfizer Co. for over five decades in both production and plant security. Nolan was an avid bowler, participating in numerous Pfizer and S.E.B.C. leagues for more than 30 years.

Nolan is survived by three siblings, Merna Jackson (Barney) of Sandusky, Ohio, Glenn Nixon Sr. of Amsterdam, N.Y. and Kerry Laird (Barry) of Burnt Hill, Ohio, and was predeceased by another brother, Darrel Nixon of Maryland.
