Kevin Clemons, 28, of 135 Blydenburg Ave. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and following too closely.

James Wise, 33, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Shannon Bunnell, 29, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace and assault on a police officer.

David Langer, 50, of Lisbon, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

Norwich James Preble, 52, of 189 Miller Road, Preston, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Trisha Preston, 29, of 50 Oakwood Knoll was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Derek Murphy, 28, of Columbia, Mo., was charged Sunday with failure to drive right, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

Gaspar D. Rodriguez, 22, of 33 Woodland Drive, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of narcotics.

Paul E. Wilson, 58, of 7 S. Fifth Ave., Apt. C, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer, criminal lockout and failure to submit to fingerprints.

Bryan Flores, 24, of 1 S. Third St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Chad Smith, 31, of 12 Monroe St., Waterford, was charged Sunday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Antionious Brown, 56, of Woonsocket, R.I., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

Harold Hishon, 44, of 160 Cedar St. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.

State Police — Montville Mark R. Shepard, 29, of 40 Chestnut Hill Road, Griswold, was charged Saturday in Griswold with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Dudley Wheeler, 51, of 476 Taugwonk Road, Stonington, was charged Saturday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brian M. Toper, 37, of 16 North St., Plainfield, was charged Friday in Preston with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of a narcotic.

Lisa Mcquown, 55, of 438 Old Colchester Road, Uncasville, was charged June 20 in Montville with evading responsibility.

Wesley Christopher Covey, 42, of 85 Pine Road, Jewett City, was charged Saturday in Griswold with evading responsibility, unsafe backing, driving without a license, third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Stonington Shannon M. Reed, 44, homeless, was charged Sunday with first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, reckless driving, breach of peace and driving without a license.
