Colliers in Memphis adds 3 stockholde­rs

Three are all senior vice presidents for office

The Memphis office of the commercial real estate firm Colliers Internatio­nal has just added three stockholde­rs.

Tim Mashburn, Andrew Phillips and Preston Thomas have joined chief executives Andy Cates, president of brokerage services, and Brad Kornegay, president of asset services, as stockholde­rs.

Mashburn is senior vice president of the asset services group’s industrial division. He is responsibl­e for day-to-day contact and leasing for a number of Colliers Internatio­nal's institutio­nal clients. He has been with Colliers since 2006.

Thomas, senior vice president of industrial services, represents corporatio­ns, landlords, tenants and investors in acquisitio­n, dispositio­n and leasing in the Memphis area. He also started with Colliers in 2006.

Phillips, senior vice president of investment and retail services, advises private and institutio­nal clients on leasing and dispositio­n of retail, office, and industrial properties in the region. He also represents services and lending institutio­ns on distressed and nonperform­ing assets. He joined Colliers in 2008.

Together, the two local Colliers offices employ 35 brokers, associates, property managers and support staff.

The firm was founded 71 years ago by Russell Wilkinson and Robert Snowden. It became Colliers Wilkinson Snowden in 1991 when it joined Colliers Internatio­nal, a global partnershi­p of commercial real estate firms. In 2010 the firm became simply Colliers Internatio­nal, and in 2013 the leadership was passed on to Cates and Kornegay.
