• “Drag Me to Hell” (2009): Sam Raimi directed the story of a loan officer (Alison Lohman) who evicts an elderly woman (Lorna Raver) from her home and finds herself the victim of a curse. The film will be screened using a 35 mm print.

• “The Neverendin­g Story” (1984): A bullied boy (Barret Oliver) finds solace in the pages of a fantasy book. Gerald Mcraney co-stars.

• “The Quiet One” (2019): The documentar­y examines the 31-year career of Bill Wyman as bassist for the Rolling Stones and his life offstage.

• “Leto” (2019): Director Kirill Serebrenni­kov examines the burgeoning rock-music scene in Russia in the early 1980s through a love triangle between a Mike, a rock musician; Natasha, his wife; and Viktor, Mike’s protege.

• “Rock ’n’ Roll High School” (1979): After a new principal tries to expel rock music from her school, a high school student (P.J. Soles) enlists the help of the Ramones.

• “Bite Me” (2019): The comedy is about an undergroun­d group of people who believe that they are vampires attract that unwanted attention from the IRS — until romance blooms between the investigat­ing tax auditor (Christian Coulson) and one of the vampires (Naomi Mcdougall Jones, who wrote the screenplay).

•“Black Christmas” (1974): Olivia Hussey and Margot Kidder star in the story of sorority members being stalked during Christmas break.

• “Ben-hur: A Tale of the Christ” (1925): No, Charlton Heston wasn’t the first actor to portray the wronged prince; Ramon Novarro was. But the big stars are in the background: those appearing in uncredited roles include Gary Cooper, Clark Gable, Janet Gaynor, Joan Crawford, Douglas Fairbanks, Dorothy and Lillian Gish, John and Lionel Barrymore, Carole Lombard, Myrna Loy, Mary Pickford and Harold Lloyd.

• “Vertigo” (1958): In 2012, the Alfred Hitchcock thriller ended the 50-year run of “Citizen Kane” atop the British Film Institute’s “50 Greatest Films.” 1871 N. HIGH ST.

• “Test Tube Babies” (1948): Next up in the series “Forbidden Fruit: The Golden Age of the Exploitati­on Picture,” a couple struggling with infertilit­y learns about artificial inseminati­on, complete with a color screening of an actual childbirth. Before the movie, two shorts will be screened with titles that say it all: “How to Take a Bath” and “How to Undress” (both 1937).

• “Buddy” (2018): The documentar­y by Heddy Honigmann is a portrait of six service dogs and their owners.
