The rest of the 2020-2021 Catoosa-walker County Boys’ Basketball Dream Team

Judd Anderson (Ridgeland) The freshman center took advantage of his 6-foot-6 frame and averaged 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Panthers this season, staking his claim as a player to watch in the future.

Junior Barber (Lafayette) The junior guard continued to be a force for the Ramblers and earned a first team Region 6-AAA nod after scoring 13.1 points to go with 5.2 rebounds, 2.9 assists and two steals a game.

Brent Bowman (LFO) The sophomore picked up his second consecutiv­e AllRegion honor, earning a second team selection after posting 14.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.6 steals for the Red-andWhite.

Dee Calhoun (LFO) The Shorter-bound senior was a valuable contributo­r on the Warriors’ second consecutiv­e state playoff team as he averaged 7.9 points and 7.3 rebounds per game, while shooting over 50 percent from the floor.

Will Carswell (Gordon Lee) The senior All-region first teamer and Young Harris College signee led the Trojans with 12.6 points, eight rebounds and 61 percent shooting, while also leading the team in charges taken.

Kyan Clark (Ridgeland) The junior not only provided over 11 points and nearly three rebounds and two steals a night, but was a solid on-the-ball defender who provided leadership for the young Panthers.

Cameron Gregg (LFO) The senior and future Transylvan­ia Pioneer was a second team pick in 6-AAA after averaging 12.8 points, four rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.2 steals a night while shooting 71 percent at the line.

Zack Harrison (Ridgeland) The junior quietly turned in a very solid season for the Black-and-white, averaging 9.6 points a game to go with five rebounds and nearly two steals per contest.

Cade Kiniry (Heritage) The senior point guard overcame a late-season football injury to give the Generals a spark on the court, averaging 3.3 rebounds, three assists, two steals and nearly seven points a night.

O’reilly Mathews (Ringgold) The sophomore stepped up to score 13.9 points to go with 5.5 rebounds and two steals a game, while shooting 77 percent from the line to earn second-team 6-AAA honors.

Carson Palmer (Heritage) The senior will be suiting up for Young Harris College next season after earning first team AllRegion honors in 7-AAAA with averages of 10.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and two steals.

Jaylon Ramsey (Lafayette) The junior picked up another All-region award after scoring 6.7 points and dishing out 5.7 assists, while running the show from his point guard position and playing lockdown defense.

Logan Simerley (Gordon Lee) The senior guard and All-region 6-A pick was the second-leading scorer on a senior-heavy roster, averaging 11 points a game to go with five rebounds, three assists and two steals.
