Make sushi with the one you love
Looking for something fun to do with your partner leading up to Valentine’s Day? Check out RA Sushi’s Roll of Attraction aphrodisiac sushi-rolling class for couples. Chefs will teach participants how to make rolls and other dishes using ingredients known to spice things up, including salmon, avocado, lobster and strawberries. There’s also the option to sample three types of sake and rosé.

Celebrate chefs on the rise
Get to know the newest class of Atlanta’s rising culinary stars at the StarChefs Rising Stars Gala. Chefs including Jason Liang of Brush Sushi Izakaya, Bryan Furman of B’s Cracklin’ BBQ and Sarah O’Brien of Little Tart will cook up dishes to sample during a walk-around tasting, which also features beverage pairings and cocktails by StarChefs’ winning sommeliers and bartenders. A portion of the proceeds will go to nonprofit the Giving Kitchen.
