When she was three days old, she was adopted by George and Teresa Treleaven. Gail moved with her parents and younger sister, Helen Harper to Phoenix, Arizona at age 14. She graduated from Washington High School, and became a naturalized citizen of the United States in 1976. She loved current events and politics and had a passion for women’s rights. She also loved to shop and spend time with dear friends. Most of all, Gail deeply loved her family and cherished the times they spent together.
