Find a couple of oddities at this burger joint: the Pop-Tart ice-cream sandwich, a slab of vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two strawberry Pop-Tarts ($1.69); and Buffalo blue cheese CrissCut fries, waffle fries doused with hot sauce, blue-cheese crumbles and ranch dressing ($3.10). This Valley-based food truck has teamed with the Nestlé company to celebrate the “90-ish” anniversary of the Butterfinger candy bar and the new Butterfinger Bites. The boar — first roasted then sliced — has a brown-sugar hamlike flavor, while the elk tastes somewhat like pastrami. Both are served with fries and a drink ($8.99). Details: 9380 W. Glendale Ave., Glendale. 623-872-6700, cabelas.com. Real tripe lovers crave this stuff, though to others it’s a little off the charts. Details: 9550 W. Van Buren St., Tolleson. 623-478-5410.
