New designer furnished models at Centra Falls draw crowds and ‘wows’ Pointe 100 in Boca Raton now 60 percent sold

-

The three new, furnished designer models recently unveiled at Centra Falls in Pembroke Pines have exceeded homebuyers’ expectations – and raised the bar on what townhome living should be. Homebuyers touring the new models agreed that builder Label & Co. over-delivered on the promise of building high-quality homes of exceptional value in an A-plus location: Nothing compares to Centra Falls.

Priced from the mid-$300,000s to low $500,000s, Centra Falls offers six featureladen floor plans that range in size from 1,687 square feet to 2,922 square feet. With three-, four- and five- bedroom options from which to choose, Centra Falls has a floor plan to please any family. Label & Co. is offering $10,000 in savings on closing costs or options.

Centra Falls is an intimate, gated neighborhood of just 89 two- and three-story townhomes with Mediterranean-style exteriors and lushly landscaped, brick paver streets, sidewalks and driveways.

Model row showcases the designer-furnished two-story Flamingo and the threestory Sky and Pearl models overlooking the community’s resort-style heated pool, spa and fitness center.

“Our models show off our standard luxury features and some popular upgrades,” says Gary Clement, Label & Co. vice president. “The Pearl has a unique clubroom and a jaw-dropping kitchen. The Sky model’s third-floor living room and terrace is like no other. You really need to see these models.”

Light filled and wider than typical townhomes, homebuyers agree these floor plans feel as spacious as single-family homes.

Every Centra Falls townhome includes a two-car garage and driveway, 10-foot ceilings, energy saving features and full-size washers and dryers. The designer-style kitchens have stainless steel Energy Star appliances, granite countertops, center islands and upgraded cabinetry with special built-ins. Label & Co. provides a Homebuyers 2-10 Structural Warranty.

Elevators, guest kitchenettes and kitchens are available as options.

“We listen to what people want,” says Clement. “That’s why many of our standard features are other builders’ upgrades. By popular demand, we added the two-story Tango model with an optional elevator.”

Centra Falls is close to restaurants, shopping, parks, entertainment, hospitals, highways and A-rated public elementary, middle and high schools.

The Centra Falls Sales Center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1806 North Flamingo Road in Pembroke Pines, between Sheridan and Taft streets.

Just off the big lake at Southwest 18th Street and east of Powerline Road, Pointe100 has quickly become Boca Raton’s most prestigious and new community.

With 60 percent of the townhomes already sold, only 40 opportunities remain to purchase a place in Pointe100.

Priced from the mid $400,000s to the mid $500,000s, each Pointe100 townhome offers a spacious layout and designer finishes to please even the most discerning tastes.

The Echo provides 2,174 square feet of living space, with a master suite upstairs, two guest bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. The Wave features 2,490 square feet of living space with a ground-floor master suite, three guest bedrooms and three-andonebaths. Both units offer a two-car garage.

The Reflection has dual master suites — one upstairs, one downstairs — as well as two guest bedrooms and three-and-onehalf baths, with 2,359 living square feet.

Each model offers a range of features and options, including a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel GE appliances, designer cabinetry and rich granite countertops. Every townhome has impact-resistant windows throughout, a covered patio and second-floor loft.

Pointe100 residents also have access to resort-style amenities, such as an optional membership to The Club at Boca Pointe, and use of the on-premises Peninsula Club, opening late spring 2016.

The Peninsula Club will include a fitness studio and clubroom, as well as a lakeside pool with poolside cabanas, his-and-her cabana baths and a shaded loggia. New buyers also receive a complimentary one-year membership to the club at Boca Pointe.

The community’s central location makes travel convenient with easy access to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike. Residents are near golf, shopping and dining.

While 60 percent of the community is already sold out and residents have already moved in, there are still prime lots available.

Pointe100 is being developed by Ascend Properties, a company whose co-founders — Richard Finkelstein, Dean Borg and Michael Wohl — share over 100 combined years in the South Florida real estate industry.

Models and sales center are open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To get to the community, enter through the waterfall guard gate at the Boca Pointe entrance on Southwest 18th Street, one-half mile east of Powerline Road.
