East Bay counties: Briones (94 percent), Chabot (93), San Pablo (93), Los Vaqueros (92), Lafayette (78), Upper San Leandro (77), Del Valle (70). S.F. & Peninsula: Boronda, Palo Alto residents only (100), Crystal Springs (90), Lake Merced (17.23 feet, recent peak was 18.8 feet in 2011). Santa Clara County: Vasona (100), Almaden (86), Uvas (69), Chesbro (48), Stevens Creek (47), Coyote (46), Lexington (46), Calero (40), Guadalupe (30), Anderson (30). MARCH TROUT STOCKS Alameda County: 2,500 pounds at Lake Chabot near Castro Valley, 2,750 pounds at Del Valle near Livermore, 750 pounds at Don Castro in the Hayward hills, 1,750 pounds at Horseshoe Lake at Quarry Lakes in Fremont, 1,750 pounds at Shadow Cliffs in Pleasanton, 2,100 pounds at Lake Temescal in the Oakland hills. Note: Both the Department of Fish and Wildlife (DFW) and Lassen Trout Farm stocked these lakes. Contra Costa County: 2,000 pounds at Contra Loma near Antioch, 3,000 pounds at Los Vaqueros northeast of Livermore, DFW stock (amount not available) at Heather Farms Pond in Walnut Creek, DFW stock at Lafayette Reservoir in Lafayette. Marin: DFW stock at Lagunitas Lake near Fairfax, DFW stock at Bon Tempe near Fairfax. San Francisco: DFW stock at Lake Merced North (last of six stocks for winter going in this week). Santa Clara County: DFW stock at Sandy Wool Lake at Levin Park in Milpitas.
