Dons erase deficit, dust Radford

Radford scored the game’s first 10 points, but managed only 31 thereafter as USF recovered to earn a 52-41 victory on the Hilltop.

The Dons (7-4) were down 26-25 early in the second half before going on an 11-0 run. Matt McCarthy had 10 points and 11 rebounds for USF.

Radford (5-6) shot 15-for-60 from the floor. #3 ASU 95, Longwood 61: Tra Holder had 20 points, six assists, six steals and five rebounds as the host Sun Devils (11-0) put away the Lancers (3-9). Princeton 103, USC 93: Myles Stephens scored 30 points as the Tigers (5-6) upset the Trojans (6-4) in overtime in Los Angeles. USC’s Chimezie Metu had 25 points and 10 rebounds. UCLA 85, South Dakota 82: Thomas Welsh scored 19 points and the Bruins (8-3) held off the Coyotes (11-4) at Pauley Pavilion. Washington 106, Bethune-Cookman 55: David Crisp and Dominic Green each scored 18 points as the Huskies (9-3) overwhelme­d the Wildcats (5-8) in Seattle. Other Top 25: Freshman Trae Young had 26 points and tied an NCAA Division I record with 22 assists as No. 17 Oklahoma (9-1) rolled to a 105-68 victory over visiting Northweste­rn State (3-7) . ... No. 8 Texas A&M (10-1) struggled to a 64-58 win over Northern Kentucky (7-5) . ... In Cincinnati, Kerem Kanter had 16 points and 13 rebounds as No. 9 Xavier (11-1) squeaked out an 81-77 win over Marshall (8-4) . ... Samajae Haynes-Jones came off the bench to score 27 points for No. 11 Wichita State (9-2), which pulled out an 89-80 decision over visiting Arkansas State (4-8) . ...
