Anne K. ( Kathy) Winslow

Anne K. Winslow, 68, formerly of Waterville and California, passed away Friday, May 15, 2015, at Faxton- St. Luke’s Healthcare Center, New Hartford, NY. She was born August 12, 1946, in Utica, NY, a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Peckham Winslow. She was a graduate of Waterville High School; St. Elizabeth School of Nursing; San Francisco State and San Jose State Colleges.

Kathy was a registered nurse and retired as case manager for the Chinese Hospital HMO in San Francisco, CA. Surviving are her three sisters and two brothers in- law: Betty Ford of Clinton, NY; Dotty and Tom Kohl of Rochester, NY; Marty and Dan Pogany of Gales Ferry, CT; and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving are several close friends in California. After having lived most of her adult life in her beloved San Francisco, Kathy was pleased to re- connect recently with Waterville friends.

A celebration of Kathy’s life will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at 2 p. m. at the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home ( Kloster & Northrop Memorial Chapel), 210 East Main St., Waterville, New York 13480. Friends are invited and may call on Tuesday, from noon to 2 p. m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will follow in St. Bernard’s Cemetery, Waterville, NY.
