Herb & Wood chef Carlos Anthony and “Top Chef” alum Joe Sasto, who have appeared together on the Food Network’s “Tournament of Champions” and “Guy’s Grocery Games,” will compete head to head in a cook-off and dinner next week to raise money for CJ’s Smile and the Ronald McDonald House. The chefs will work with random ingredients to prepare the first course that diners will judge for a win, followed by a pre-planned three-course dinner with wine pairings. 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. Taste of University Heights: The University Heights Art Association hosts its 15th annual self-guided tastings event and Art Open studios crawl on Nov. 13. A map will guide ticketed visitors to participating restaurants as well as artist studios that will be open for tours.
