Written Allegation

Johnsonburg Police filed a Written Allegation on a juvenile for charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, and possession of brewed beverages for an incident that occurred on June 29, 2021. The allegation was filed after police investigated a report of stolen items from a garage located on Elk Ave.

Flight to avoid

Johnsonburg Police filed misdemeanor charges on Mariah Lytle (23) of Weedville for flight to avoid apprehension and escape for an incident that occurred on July 1, 2021. Burglary

Johnsonburg Police arrested Shawn Mancuso (32) of St.Marys for burglary, criminal trespass, flight to avoid apprehension, simple assault, and criminal mischief for an incident that occurred on July 12, 2021. Mancuso was arrested after police were dispatched to the Duffy apartments for a domestic altercation. He was arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Brown, and committed to the Elk County Prison in lieu of bail.
