124 Wonder St.
Carson City-based Fox Brewery & Pub opened this past summer in the former Silver Peak Restaurant & Brewery at 124 Wonder St. in the Midtown area.
The Wonder Street building was more recently home to Huntsman Brewing from September 2021 to May 2022.
Poor Devil Saloon
820 S. Virginia St.
Blind Dog Tavern owner Josh Callen opened Poor Devil this summer, more than a year later than expected. Callen, who also reopened the Hideout Lounge, told the RGJ in January 2022 that he hoped to open Poor Devil in March of that year.
Edelweiss Pizza Pub and Pastries 13979 S. Virginia St. #505
Edelweiss Pizza Pub and Pastries, a European-style bar, opened this weekend at its new home in the former Noble Pie location in the Summit Mall.
The new eatery takes its inspiration from owner Monika Marsh-Muhlgraber's Austrian heritage and serves traditional dishes, such as Viennese goulash and Wiener schnitzel, as well as handmade pastries such as Bienenstich (Bee Sting Cake) and apple strudel. Gourmet pizzas with Austrian-style potato dough and traditional pub food items are also available.
