A concert of French Horn music: The guest artist will be Julie Landsman, formerly principal horn of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and currently teaching at The Juilliard School and the Bard College Conservatory of Music. Earth Day in the Park: Presented by Winter Park’s Sustainability Program and Keep Winter Park Beautiful. Florida Native Plant and Wildlife-Friendly Yard Tour:
The second annual event, a collaboration among Orange Audubon Society and the Cuplet Fern and Tarflower Chapters of the Florida Native Plant Society, showcases yards that use Florida native plants, are wildlife friendly, and attractive. Attendees will do their own self-paced driving tour of seven landscapes from Winter Park to Longwood.
