■ Jackie Gonzales says for the first time in her 28 years as county clerk of Wyoming’s Albany County there will be a deceased candidate on the ballot after Republican county attorney hopeful Tony Lopez died after ballots were printed, the Laramie Boomerang reported.

■ Frankie Denor McClendon Jr. was arrested on charges of photographing for lewd purposes after, police say, a woman called officers to report a man was recording a video underneath her dress as she was shopping at a Biloxi, Miss., store.

■ Harry Little Sr., 67, was convicted of second-degree murder in the 2014 killing of his longtime girlfriend after having previously served 17 years in prison for the 1977 killings of his estranged wife and another man, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

■ Joseph Patton, 47, a former sheriff’s deputy in Tennessee, was sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and three counts of soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor.
