Shawnna Mott, 20, of 513 Mitchell Ave. in Lincoln was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Mott was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,845 bond.

Cody Shea Burrows, 38, of 611 Allen St. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Burrows was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bryan Proud, 42, of 4329 Nightingale Lane was arrested Tuesday in connection with stalking. Proud was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.
