Donald gains on ISIS fears

-

WASHINGTON — Donald Trump is leading everywhere, Ben Carson continues to lose his edge, and Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are gaining steam, according to three new polls out Sunday.

Trump is the clear national frontrunner for the GOP presidential nomination and leading by 10 points, according to a new ABC News/Washington Post poll and a new Fox News survey.

He has also taken the lead in three early voting states — surpassing former Iowa favorite Carson (above), who has struggled with foreign policy.

The billionaire, who has pledged “to bomb the st” out of ISIS, is ahead by 9 points in Iowa, 16 points in South Carolina and 19 points in New Hampshire, according to new CBS News/YouGov battleground surveys.

His rise comes as terrorism now rivals the economy as the single most important issue to Americans following the deadly Paris attacks, according to the ABC/Washington Post poll.

“I’m leading every poll by a lot; it’s not even a little bit anymore. It’s a lot. I resonate with the people,” Trump crowed Sunday on ABC’s “This Week.”

The ABC poll has Trump at 32 percent and Carson at 22 percent, followed by Rubio at 11 percent. The Fox News survey has Trump at 28 percent, Carson at 18 percent and Rubio and Cruz tied for third at 14 percent. Marisa Schultz
