Ultimate sex scum

AN ADMINISTRATOR at Pace University was arrested for watching a sickening live stream of a young boy being sexually abused, officials said Thursday.

Scott Lane, 34, executive director of donor relations and fund-raising programs for Pace, is accused of watching the sickening show from his Hell’s Kitchen apartment under the Internet handle “NYC Perv” — and at times even directing the action.

“Show more face,” he allegedly ordered as the child was sexually assaulted. “F--- him.” The sicko liked what he saw. “Nice,” he wrote as he watched, according to prosecutors. “Hot, man.”

Members of the Department of Homeland Security’s child exploitation investigation unit arrested Lane at his W. 56th St. apartment Tuesday, charging him with possession of child pornography and the sexual exploitation of children, officials said.

A laptop with an application to the illicit streaming service was found under his bed, officials said.

Lane is being held without bail. He is expected to be sent to Pennsylvania, where the investigation is centered.

He and several others joined in the sickening live stream this past July 22, according to court papers.

The feed, in which viewers can text in and tell the abusers what to do, was being monitored by Canadian law enforcement officials conducting an investigation into software used by pedophiles who want to share images and videos.

Canadian authorities took screenshots of the live stream, catching some of the directions sent by NYC Perv.

“Let us hear the audio,” Lane allegedly wrote. “Make out with him. Get him naked.”

The video wasn’t enough to satiate Lane’s stomach-turning desires, according to prosecutors.

“No f---ing?” he wrote as the show concluded, court papers say.

Canadian authorities shared their evidence with Homeland Security, who tracked the IP address of NYC Perv to Lane’s apartment.

He didn’t confess to being NYC Perv — but did see “something that made (him) uncomfortable,” according to court papers.

In a statement, a representative for Pace said they found out about the report from the media.

“Lane has been terminated, permanently barred from university property and facilities, and is no longer employed by the university,” the statement said.

The disturbing scandal isn’t the first for the school.

Back in 2011, David Watson, then the 62-year-old director of cultural events at Pace’s lower Manhattan campus, was busted after posting ads online looking for a “nubile girl next door,” according to the Westchester County district attorney.

He showed up at a motel in Elmsford with a photo album filled with pictures of “minor children in sexually suggestive poses,” prosecutors charged.

Watson thought he was meeting with a fellow perv with whom he had been communicating about swapping perverse images of kids — only to find out it was really an undercover investigator.

He pleaded guilty to one count of possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child in April 2011 and got 10 years probation.
