Elaina Rivera, South Milwaukee: The junior guard scored 25 points Friday, about 14 better than her season average, to lead the Rockets to a 57-49 victory at New Berlin West that snapped a three-game losing streak. Rivera also posted five rebounds, three assists and three steals to help the team improve to 5-8 overall and 2-4 in the Woodland East.

HONORABLE MENTION Maddison Baker, West Bend West:

The 6-1 sophomore forward recorded her sixth double-double of the season with a 28-point, 15-rebound effort in a 63-39 victory over West Bend East on Friday. She is averaging 16.8 points and 10.7 rebounds.

Emma Kallas, Martin Luther: The Spartans stayed on track for a showdown with Dominican on Saturday with the help of Kallas’ big day in a 59-47 victory over Shoreland Lutheran Friday. The junior guard finished with 26 points on 8-for-16 shooting with four rebounds and four assists.

La’Jainique Perry-Ellis, Milwaukee Washington: The junior guard led a balanced attack in the Purgolders’ 69-39 victory over Milwaukee Washington last Tuesday, posting 20 points, 12 assists, six steals and five rebounds to help the team post its first conference win.
