Jeffery H. Culp, 49, of the 500 block of Scott Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:09 p.m. April 17 at his residence on suspicion of threatening to commit a crime or great bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Brandon M. Fuller, 38, of the 1700 block of West Biggs Gridley Road, Gridley, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 5:45 p.m. April 17 on George Washington Boulevard on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance, and possession of metal knuckles. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Robert L. Malgrem, 46, of the 5700 block of Montclair Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 5:30 p.m. April 17 on George Washington Boulevard on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance and possession of metal knuckles. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Luis U. Herreson, 45, of the 2100 block of Huston Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:14 a.m. April 17 at his residence on suspicion of engaging in sexual intercourse or sodomy with a child 10 years old or younger, and lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Jon T. Nickel, 29, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10 a.m. April 17 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and false imprisonment. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Baron P. Bonner, 79, of the 1200 block of Johnson Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:54 p.m. April 17 on Fifth Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Sarvesh R. Prasad, 35, of Sacramento was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:30 p.m. April 16 on Highway 99. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
