Sargent and Major are approximately 6-month-old, neutered shepherd/ Labrador/border collie mixes. Sargent is black with white, weighs approximately 60 pounds, and has the look of a Labrador retriever, while Major is brown with white, weighs approximately 55 pounds, and has the look of a shepherd.

These two goofball brothers are very playful and energetic puppies looking for forever homes to call their own. Both Sargent and Major have very outgoing and affectionate personalities, and they’re always eager to make new friends. They can be a bit rambunctious when they meet new people but once they’ve gotten the wiggles out they settle down nicely.

Sargent and Major love their time in the play yard, where they can run and play with each other until they’ve tired themselves out. They know the command “sit,” and are being leash-trained. Continued obedience training along with daily exercise is highly recommended.

••• Tootsie, named for her beautiful brown coat, dreams of being home for the holidays. Second Chance Kitty discovered Tootsie last year and rescued her from a hoarding situation along with 14 other cats. She’s thrived in foster care. She is estimated to be between 6 and 7, but she still loves to play and is frisky at times.

Tootsie has grown very fond of the evening treats her foster mom gives her and her foster friends. She loves being petted on the head and is an awesome cuddler. She’ll take a nap on your lap all day if you let her.

Mature or older children and adults would be the best fit for Tootsie. She’s pretty mellow, but enjoys kitty friends to play with. She does like to have space enough to retreat and relax away from other animals when she chooses. Respectful, well-mannered dogs are fine, so long as they don’t pester her.

Tootsie is missing a few teeth and prefers canned food to dry, but will eat dry. Tootsie is a very loving kitty, with a great disposition and will make an excellent addition to the right family.

Tootsie is spayed, vaccinat- ed, microchipped, dewormed, deflead, FeLV/FIV negative and litter box trained.
