New Braunfels’ premiere master-planned community, Vintage Oaks, just released new 1-plus-acre homesites and kicked off its summer concert series this week.

The Summer Concert Series is a popular annual event for homeowners and features a variety of Texas artists.

Attendees enjoy live music, food trucks and a beautiful Hill Country landscape in Vintage Oaks’ Timber Ridge Park. The event is free — just bring lawn chairs.

Additional concerts will be held June 13, July 4 and Sept. 19. For more details and to RSVP, visit VintageOaksTexas.com/concert.

Vintage Oaks will offer tours of its newest release in East Ranch prior to the concert. Appointments are required.

The new release includes coveted spacious homesites with giant oak trees and stunning views.

With its vast amenities and incredible properties, Vintage Oaks has become the Hill Country’s most popular acreage community.

Vintage Oaks boasts two swimming pools, a lazy river, fitness room, sports fields, tennis courts and miles of walking trails.

Its first-class Amenity Center plays host to year-round events and social clubs.

In addition, the community’s upcoming Fitness Club is under construction and will feature a lap pool, water aerobics area, and cardio and weight rooms.

At Vintage Oaks, residents have the luxury of using any custom builder they like as well as building on their own timeframe.

Located just west of New Braunfels, Vintage Oaks boasts a convenient location within minutes of shopping, dining, medical and entertainment venues.

For those not wanting to build, new homes are available starting in the $350,000s.
