Lippincott’s main focus area is Cypress/Tomball

Amy Lippincott, a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, has one main tip for anyone considering buying or selling a home — use a Realtor.

“Realtors are here to help guide, protect and walk with clients every step of the way. We work hard for our clients to ensure their goals are met,” Lippincott said.

The internet provides a lot of information, but it does not provide personal and customized services, nor can it protect buyers or sellers from challenges that can arise.

Lippincott’s main focus area is Cypress/Tomball, an area she has called home for more than 13 years.

“I live in this area, taught school here and I am raising my family here. It is a fabulous place to call home. Any time of the year is a good time to consider buying in this area. Plus, we have a lot of new construction and resale homes available,” Lippincott said.

Lippincott is a native Houstonian. However, due to her husband being in the military for a decade, they lived in San Antonio for four years, where she also taught school.

She is celebrating her 10th year in real estate, and has been the Top Producer at her company for the past three years, as well as most recently being in the top three nationally.

“I chose real estate because I thoroughly enjoy working with people, which is one of the reasons I became a teacher and taught for 16 years,” Lippincott said.

With her love of people and having experienced being on both sides of the real estate table in her personal life, she knew what she looked for in a Realtor, which she provides, plus much more, to her clients today.

“I believed I could successfully help people in this area as I walk with them in finding their dream home,” Lippincott said.

Lippincott brings many skills to the table in helping her clients, many of which she honed as a teacher, such as being patient, excellent communication and people skills, being hard-working, going above and beyond, multitasking, and integrity.

She and her team also enjoy giving back to the community. After teaching for so long, she knows how important teachers are, so she supports local schools and the school district.
