Jack Swonson has joined Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty as a broker associate. Originally from Denver, Swonson served for 21 years in the U.S. Air Force as an officer and F-16 fighter pilot. Swonson has traveled the world and flew missions during four deployments. Swonson has been a top producer since starting his real estate career in 2014. He will be working from the Galleria office.

Marian Motamedi, who has joined John Daugherty, Realtors as a sales associate, brings a wealth of experience in remodeling and staging properties, skills which she honed while working with her builder/ investor husband. Motamedi is focused on helping luxury-home clients, relocations and first-time home buyers in Memorial, Tanglewood, Galleria and Inner Loop areas, and in west Houston.
Michelle Eubanks has joined RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring. She has been successful as a tax preparer, licensed property/casualty insurance agent and an automobile sales representative. She’s enthusiastic about both sides of the real estate coin — guiding buyers to the perfect new home and easing the transition for sellers. BHGRE Gary Greene announced that real estate agent Blythe Palamara has joined Gary Greene’s Champions sales office where she will continue to represent buyers and sellers in the communities of Champions, Spring, The Woodlands, Klein and Tomball. Using skills honed during her 25-year career in communications and public relations, Palamara was a multimillion-dollar producer in her first year in residential real estate.
Kirsten Abney, senior vice president of Heritage Texas Properties, recently was recognized for her leadership and achievements within the real estate and relocation industries.
She was a recipient of the President’s Service Award, which is a top individual award given by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE). The award was presented to Abney during the LeadingRE Annual Conference, which was held in March at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
This award is part of LeadingRE’s service recognition program, which formally acknowledges contributions, such as committee involvement, presentations at network conferences, and service on various advisory councils and boards. The program offers three levels of awards based on cumulative points earned through service activities.
