YOU DON’T KNOW ABOUT

-

FOR years, Riley Keough was best known as the granddaughter of Elvis Presley — and daughter of troubled Lisa Marie Presley and ex-hubby Danny Keough. But the 32-year-old has been carving out her own career as a model and actress since age 15. In the new film Zola, she plays a crafty stripper who convinces a gullible waitress to go on a wild road trip.

Here are ten things you don’t know about Riley.

1

Her first name is actually

Danielle, but she’s long gone by her middle name, Riley.

2

As a kid, she sometimes lived at her mother’s

Los Angeles home, as well as at Graceland in Memphis,

Tenn., but was primarily raised by her dad in Hawaii and L.A.

3

Through her father, she’s a distant cousin of poet Emma Lazarus, who wrote The New Colossus, the famed sonnet displayed on a plaque inside the Statue of Liberty’s pedestal.

4

As a teenager, her first modeling gig was for the Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana.

5

She made her feature film debut at age

20, appearing in a supporting part as musician Marie Currie in the 2010 biopic The Runaways.

6
