The usual summer slowdownin the housing market did not happening this year. Buyers continue to show strong demand, spurred by the new stay-at-homeworld of the coronavirus and by recordlowmortgages. Getting exactly what you want in ahomeis ahuge benefit. There is something to be said for having the specific house that suits your lifestyle. Having a newhome means little worry that you will need to replace something costly immediately – like the worn- out roof or water heater of a resale. Instead, you can revel in the first few years of ownership by enjoying the fun things that owning a home can offer – furnishing, decorating and entertaining. The things that truly make a home your respite.

Owning a new home can provide an unparalleled sense of well-being, security and achievement. It is the primary source ofwealth and financial security for many households, and helps to provide for education, retirement and more.

FromTippCitytoLebanon andTrotwoodto Springfield, plus all points in between, there are many styles of homes to view– multi-level, ranch, cottage and townhomes – and all are available for purchase. Prices ranges to accommodate all budgets and if you do decide to buy, move-in right after signing your contract!

Each Paradehomeis available for in-person tours during the weekday from 4 to 8 p.m. (Wednesday through Friday) and on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) fromnoonto 6p.m. Theability to tour homes in-person allows you to feel yourself in the physical space and picture your family traditions beginning or continuing.

Participants are encouraged to visit all the homes before the 2020 Parade of HomespresentedbyVectren, a CenterPoint Energy Company, ends, but allhomeswill be able to be touredvirtually, aswell, so if you cannot see them all in-person, do not worry! No matterwhat your budget, where you work or where your children attend school – you should be able to find a Parade home that makes sense for you and your family.
