Lucky for you, we’ve found a few upcoming events where lots of your favorite noms can be found and savored.

Plan your weekend fun around these food truck events in the Miami Valley coming up this month and next.

FRIDAY, MAY 19

Yellow Cab Food Truck Rally: Street Food Festival Where: Old Yellow Cab Building, 700 E. Fourth St., Dayton When: 5-10 p.m.

Admission: Free entry Who: Ramen Rickshaw, EAT, El Meson, Smokin’ Bee Bee Q, The Drunken Waffle, The Wicked ‘Wich of Dayton, Hunger Paynes Food Truck, Thai1On, Greek Street Food Truck, Sweet P’s Handcrafte­d Ice Pops, Flying Santucci Bros. Gourmet Cotton Candy. Entertainm­ent: Live music from Nasty Bingo About the event: Easily one of Dayton’s biggest food truck showcases, the folks at Yellow Cab have long been flying the food truck flag. Monthly rallies happen the third Friday each month through October.

SATURDAY, MAY 20

Miami County Food Truck Rally & Competitio­n Where: Miami County Fairground­s, 650 N. County Road 25-A, Troy

When: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Cost: Free admission Who: More than 50 vendors, including Zombie Dogz, Smokin’ Bee Bee Q, Thai 1 On, Susie’s Big Dipper, Ginniebug Creations, Hunger Paynes, McNasty’s and more.

About the event: The 3rd Annual Miami County Food Truck Rally & Competitio­n will include multiple food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, free entertainm­ent, beer and wine and a car show.

SATURDAY, MAY 20

Food Truck Rally CruiseIn Where: American Legion Post #598, 5700 Kentshire Drive, Kettering When: 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Who: Latinarepa­s, Shantz Express, Green Go Loco and more Cost: $5 admission band. Proceeds benefit Dayton Honor Flight. About the event: The Dayton Food Truck Associatio­n will have a fleet of trucks serving delicious grub all day and Miller Lite’s Beer Truck will be there as well.

The day starts with a Car Cruise-In at 10 a.m. B94.5 Live will be broadcasti­ng from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. followed by the Bands B-Caged, Mad River Railroad and Southern Accents.

FRIDAY, JUNE 2

Food Truck Frenzy Where: Austin Landing, 10050 Innovation Drive, Miamisburg When: 5-10 p.m. Who: El Meson, Greek Street, Carvaso’s, CupzillaKo­rean BBQ from Columbus, Sofrito’s Cuban-American, Hickory River Smokehouse Tipp City, 1776 Grill, Pit To Plate BBQ, Quite Frankly Food Truck. Cost: Free admission About the event: The first Food Truck Frenzy of the summer on First Friday.

SUNDAY, JUNE 4

BRUNCH! A food truck rally Where: Old Yellow Cab Building, 700 E. 4th St., Dayton When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Who: The Drunken Waffle, Smokin’ Bee Bee Q and more to be announced.

Cost: Free admission About the event: The trucks will be providing everything you love at brunch such as biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs many different ways, breakfast meats, brunch cocktails and beer.

FRIDAY, JUNE 30

Taco Truck Takeover Where: Old Yellow Cab Building, 700 E. Fourth St., Dayton When: 5-10 p.m. Who: Joining host truck Smokin’ Bee-Bee-Q at the Taco Truck Takeover will be: The Beerded Pig, Hunger Paynes Food Truck, The Painted Pepper, Carvaso’s, The Drunken Waffle, El Meson, The Wicked ‘Wich of Dayton, MAD Sweet Heat. Cost: Free admission About the event: For one night only, a fleet of the area’s best food trucks will transform into taco trucks as Smokin’ Bee-Bee-Q hosts the second annual Taco Truck Takeover.
