Centered at the end of a paved circular driveway is a brick two-story home that has had recent updates.

Listed for $395,000 by Dunphy Real Estate Inc., the home at 387 N. Enon Road has about 2,800 square feet of living space. The house sits on about eight acres of land with a 55 fruit tree orchard.

Formal entry opens into a cedar-lined vestibule with built-in bench seats. From there, another door opens into an entry hallway with ceramic-tile flooring that fills the entire first floor. The entry hallway divides the main level with the eat-in kitchen to the left and a formal dining room or living room to the right.

The kitchen has Corian countertops on oak cabinetry. The formal dining room has a ceramic-tile floor and hanging light fixture.

Decorative bi-fold doors open off the dining room to the sunken family room.

Two steps lead down from the dining room to the family room, which has a brick fireplace with a wood-burning fireplace.

Patio doors open from the family room into a 13by-34-foot greenhouse. The design is a traditional greenhouse with a curved glass enclosure from roof to ground and air vents for circulation, but the concrete patio and electric offer a possible fourseason sunroom option.

At the center of the home is a wood staircase with apron flair at the base. The staircase wraps up to the second level, where four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located.

The main bedroom has a two walk-in closets and a hallway with octagon cutout overlooking the stairwell that leads to the private bath.

Upstairs flooring was installed in 2015, as were the vinyl windows throughout the home.
