Catskill
• DWI: Jennifer M. Lindenberg, 36, of Mahwah, N.J., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:58 p.m. Thursday, April 8, in the town of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Lindenberg was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Esopus • DWI:
Megan R. Thomas, 31, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:20 a.m. Thursday, April 8, and was charged with drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years), a felony. Thomas was released with a ticket for Esopus Town Court.
Town of Kingston
• DWI: Katherine A. Marcos, 31, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster
at 9:35 p.m. Thursday, April 8, and was charged with drunken driving and obstructing governmental administration, both misdemeanors. Marcos was released with tickets for Kingston Town Court.
Marlborough
• DWI: Wendell C. Anson, 41, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:32 a.m. Friday, April 9, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Anson was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.
Town of Rochester
• Contempt: A 17-yearold Kerhonkson male was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:10 p.m. Thursday, April 8, and was charged with contempt of a court order and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court. State police do not release the names of suspects under the age of 19.
